Completed Reconstruction--Hancock Street. Began Reconstruction--Thirteenth Street. Paved Hammond and State Street Hills and Court Street. Built 20,000 feet of New Sidewalk. Completed Fern Street Sewer and Grand View Avenue Sewer. Added New Playground at Fruit Street.
