- The military and naval authorities will provide him, not only with ordinary medical care, but also with special treatment to put him in the best condition possible to return to work. While he is under treatment in reconstruction hospitals maintained by the Surgeon-General, U. S. Army, and the Surgeon-General, U. S. Navy, he will be offered educational advantages, which will promote his recovery, put his time to good use, and improve his chances for the future ... Information regarding the opportunities described may be obtained in the larger centers from offices of the Federal Board for Vocational Education and the Bureau of War Risk Insur-ance and in all centers from the local Home Service Section of the American Red Cross.
