- This is to certify that the Scenic Theatre has enlisted its screen in the service of the United States Committee on Public Information through the Division of Films for the purpose of illustrating the industrial and military accomplishments of the United States of America in our Country's fight for Liberty and Freedom. In recognition of the patriotic action of these American Citizens who through the medium of the Motion Picture are contributing to the cause of Democracy by the dissemination of Public Information this Victory Screen Pledge is presented and permission for its public display is hereby given. Committee on Public Information.
