It isn't the draft board, army selection, or luck; it's just a happy circumstance when certain men are chosen as officers and others for enlisted men--and it's even a happier circumstance when they click into a well geared machine. May the understanding of our dead and the force of these memories drive us toward the ultimate goal that all free men, living and working together, Will never again permit another war.
