Principal’s Message: The 1979 edition of the Oracle, like other yearbooks of the past, provides a recorded testimony of many segments of school life at Bangor High. It is, foremost, a tribute to our seniors, members of the Class of '79'. As years pass, the Oracle, perhaps as no other single vehicle, will have the pow-er to bring into focus memories of three years spent as part of the B.H.S. family. It is our wish, that as the Oracle is read and re-read; pictures scanned, and then studies, that the intangibles of three years of one's life will be remembered. In retrospect, much of what has been experienced these past three years will assume new dimensions. None-the-less, you have made your mark. You have contributed to and shared in the life of B.H.S. Hopefully, our relationships have been mutually beneficial. We wish for each graduate the very best life can bring; we want for each, the realization of potential, strength of character, dedication to high physical and moral standards, good health and much happiness.
