- Why Not A Student Council? Bangor High School needs a Student Council. Present day conditions warrant the formation of a Student Council. The affairs of Bangor High are not by any means beyond the power of the school authorities but we feel that the faults of today that are prevailing among the students can be remedied better and far more easily by students than by the faculty.
