A good fighter, graduate of Luke Field, he bombed Truk, Hamamatsu, and Tokyo. From Tokyo he has not returned. Bangor High School, 1937. Captain Company A. University of Maine, class of 1942. Finished Soldier, accomplished actor, and prize-winning dramatist. His war play, "Prelude to Courage", was widely performed. Purple Heart. 0733909
