Trained in the Southwest. Transferred to Armored Infantry, becoming tank radioman. Landed, Normandy, August 10. Fought through Reims, Chateau-Thierry, Verdun, to Metz where he died of wounds received September 7. Educated at Freedom. Resident of Bangor while engaged in bottling business. Native of Thorndike.
