The Oracle was originally a literary and news magazine published monthly by the students of Bangor High School. The Oracle became the school's annual yearbook. In addition to documenting life at Bangor High School, the Oracle features photographs of Bangor High School students and teachers; essays, poems, fiction, and illustrations by students; and advertisements for local businesses.
Published by the Pupils of the Bangor High School. "We will endeavor to bring the principal events which happen in school life, before the curious public, and thus help them remember their own school days..."
Yearbooks titled the Bapstonian, the Purple and the White, and the Crusader. Additional John Bapst Memorial High School yearbooks are available to view in the Local History Room.
